The ancient Hawaiian hot stone massage is used to help you relax and ease pain and tension from tight muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.  During a hot stone massage, smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body, sending deep, prolonged heat into the muscles to support the unwinding of stress and tension. Additional heated stones may be used with therapeutic oils to loosen up tight muscles.
